I’m Trond Hindenes, currently living in Isfjorden (Rauma, Norway). I’m a Systems Architect at Timpex in Åndalsnes, Norway.
When I’m not snowboarding, I either work or sleep. When I work, this is where I keep notes I’d like to keep or share.

Back in August you migrated from NetWare to Windows and created a powershell script that would assign the traverse rights to all of the upper directories.
I have copied your script you use in our NetWare to Windows migration but the script does not work. I am told that it is missing some parameters within the script.
Is it possible to get the complete powershell script so that we can use it within our environment?
This would be much appericated.

I came across your blog as we perform similar roles, I work in the UK for a medium sized (and growing) insurance company.
Never tried show boarding, I have enough trouble standing up straight, when ice skating (much to my Girlfriends amusement)
I keep thinking about starting a blog too, but seem to be working 25 hours a day out of the 24 available, which does not leave much time
